During this entire quarter all I could think about was how this professor reminded me of that small little dog that runs through the back of scene 23 in The Incredibles by Pixar. Seriously, if you look it up you will only be able to see it...

My goodness, this was just a painful class. Professor Dutt: If you are reading this, SLOW DOWN. Honestly, we really appreciate that you are a genius from the heavens, but we are not. Your super-speed excel lessons combined with your heavy accent makes this an almost unbearable class. I was completely lost all quarter and looking at the other students in the room, they were as well. Dutt lightens up the mood every now and then with a dry sense of humor, but all is washed away by yet another awful finance teacher. Honestly Cal Poly OCOB, why did finance get the worst of the worst?

I\'m unsure whether Professor Dutt even cares to be teaching at CP. Much of his lectures consist of Excel work where he enters complex formulas in a whiz (at 10pt Font) and then immediately hits \"Enter,\" leaving students completely clueless. Despite students asking him to slow down, Dutt flys right through complicated worksheets and lecture material, finishes early, and then--when there is only about 10 mins left of material--suggests a 15 minute break. Apparently he is an easy grader, which may help in preparing for the upcoming midterm. However, as a guide for what to prepare for on the Test, get ready to study approximately 120 pages (blackboard pdf\'s)of multiple choice questions and close to 100 book problems that require working out. This class will be similar to Bing\'s BUS439 class. You cram before a test and forget it all soon thereafter. Good Luck making it through!

Prof. Dutt really knows what he is talking about. He answers emails promptly and sends out very detailed spreadsheets that are useful for the final. If you keep up with the hw and show up to all lectures, you should be good to go. Also, he's very helpful in office hrs.

This class was easy, everyone got an A in the class. Dutt feels this class is an elective and therefore is taken out of fun and therefore will, "pass out A's like cookies"
