Dr.Blodget is extremely knoledgeable about the subjects of child development and computer technology. However, he lacks charisma and speaks in a very slow, monotonous tone. I tried very hard to pay attention to his lectures, but still often ended up doing the nod. It takes him about an hour to express something I could say in 5 minuets. Class work varies from making crafts at home to making a web page in the computer lab. There is one test at the end which largely determines your grade. Dr. Blodget is the only professor who teaches CD 309-311, so make the best of it!

Bob is the most frustrating teacher I have ever had! He is the nicest person in the world, and he would do anything to help out his students, but, he is sooooo boring! everytime he decides to lecture it was right when we were working on a big project and he would make us stop and listen to him for the whole class! Like someone else said, he will take an hour to explain something that could have been said in five minutes, and you just want to fall asleep. Most of the time his lectures are comepletely pointless, but they are so important to him that you feel bad if you're not listening. He's probably the easiest grading teacher out of the three, especially compared to Nancy. I would recomend the other male, i don't know his name, who teaches the lab.

I concur with other students who state that Bob strength is in his KNOWLEDGE of subject matter v. DELIVERY of said material. Overall, he was a wonderful teacher and provided me with a wealth of technology information and marketable education-based skills.

Bob is one of the most knowledgable professors in the CD dept. He knows everything!! If you are patient with him he will help you out so much and you will get a great grade. I think his class were where I retained the most CD application.

Smart man. Knows his stuff. You just really have to be a patient and slower paced person to work with him. Some people were annoyed with how excrutiatingly thorough he can be when explaining something seemingly simple. Its just that he has so much information to give--and he gives you all of it, even if you'd prefer the abreviated version. I recognized that he was just that way, and learned to deal with it. He is such a nice guy, and is willing to work hours on end to fix a problem. Bob is extremely helpful and encouraging. You're lucky if you get to work with him.
