Absolutely fantastic, if a bit distract-able :)

This is a super fun class. It's not particularly easy, but it's very engaging. There are 7 labs, all of them completely different from each other. Quizzes are pretty tough with averages usually being around 60-70%. There is no midterm, but there is a fairly large writing assignment which is worth quite a bit. I learned a lot from this class and Bruce is a great teacher that tries to make every lecture interesting. Well worth a tech elective.

Bruce is excellent! Had him for CSC 429 and 321. This was his first year as a professor, and he started out great. Very receptive to students, loves to follow up on questions, fair grading, useful assignments. I wish I had the chance to take more classes with him!
