This was the most boring class of my entire life. The whole class she just looked at her notes and talked at us. As long as you do the readings there is really no point of going to class because she just reads the notes she took on the chapter to you in class. The test are not conceptually hard but the wording is weird on some of them and she wont let you ask her any questions. The one thing I enjoyed about this class was that she was flexible with her grading, she took one question off of every test. If you actually are interested in Bus Law take the other teacher, if you're just trying to get a okay grade take this one. She seemed like a nice lady she just wasn't the best professor, I basically taught myself bus law out of the book.

She read out of the book so it was pretty pointless to go to class. She switched her grading scale throughout the quarter, but it favored most students so it wasn't too bad. Boring course overall but easy A, so take Carr if you want to learn business law.

I learned that if I were to take up hunting, I should shoot deer, not bears, because a bear will hunt me back if I successfully wound it. Fascinating! I didnt know that the key to production and operations management was so brutally simple!
