David is a down to earth grad student who really knows his stuff. He is extremely helpful during labs, and grades pretty fairly as long as you try. The course is graded off of lab reports, prelabs, a project, and a final. Take him if you get the chance, you wont regret it.

David was always very helpful in lab. He dedicated a lot of his time before lab to prepare and to be available to answer any questions we had about prelabs. His grading can be tough but it was always fair. He assigned a project so that we wouldn't be stuck in lab during halloween! pretty cool

David is a cool cat. I took him as a ME major with little regards/interest in EE. Needless to say the lab was a cake walk. If I had applied more time (believe me, it was hard to be motivated in a 1 unit support course) an A would have been easy to achieve. It's not that the material is easy (in some cases it was well over my head) it's just David was always eager to help us when our circuits didn't work and he truly cared about our standing in the lab. Take him if you can, he's a fellow student at heart and understands what we are going through outside the lab. Oh and if you can convince him to go to tot night on Wednesdays at MoTav.

David is a bad ass. I am not an EE at heart and took this as a support class. I enjoyed it and learned from it. David offered every road to success in his class. He held more office hours than some of my 4 unit class professors do and stayed after lab to ensure that we finished creating the needed circuits and we knew what we were doing.
