Rithy Chhean is a great lab instructor. He lectures clearly and modifies the labs in such a manner to make them more applicable and understandable.

Purty chill instructor! He rewrites labs from the lab manual that need clarification, and lectures a bit in the begining of class. Theres a few lab write ups, and the rest is just data and questions that you have to turn in. Lab midterms and final are easy if you do the practice tests he posts.

Take him.
He rewrites the labs so that they can be completed within 3hours, because the labs in the lab manual either think we're EE geniuses or have 6hours to do the lab. Your only have to do one lab report each and one as a group. If you don't finish the lab but you've tried he doesn't care. His midterms and finals are basically copies of the practice midterms/finals which are copies of his lectures.
