Dr. Frankel is a great professor. He is a nice guy and he is willing to help out whenever needed. I had him for and hour and a half class, and he made it fly by. He is kinda a goofy guy, but you can tell it is because he loves Physics. His test are hard...however you can use open notebook. So if you just copy a lot of the book examples into your notebook and are well organized you will do fine. He collects homework after every chapter, but he will go over any question in class. His saying is "I'm giving points away... I want you to pass this class!" Take Frankel if you ever get the chance.

Dr Frankel is so boring I can barely keep my eyes open in lab. He spends the first thirty to sixty minutes of the lab to explain stuff that we have spent the entire week learning about in lecture, but that doesn't matter to him. Then he gives us these really easy problems that we have to work on in our "teams" and they take like two seconds but he allots for ten to fifteen minutes. He also spaces out while we are doing the lab and sometimes gives people weird stares without meaning to

Frankel is so cool...he made it easier to get up at 8 am. He's full of stories and sayings and if you have time to stop by his office, I promise it's worth it. He's also happy to help you with hard homework questions.

I have no idea how I managed to get a solid B in this class (thanks to the curve). Dr. Frankel is an interesting character and a fair teacher. His tests are tough, study hard.

Dr. Frankel is a great professor. His lectures are hilarious..he always has an interesting tangent story to distract the lecture. Yes his tests are hard. He is helpful during office hours and fun to talk to outside of class.

In the words of dr. matt \"this guy\'s forgotten more than I know\"...I took him for qlab 2 last year, if he\'s teaching a section of qlab, get into it, so much easier than bensky (hard grader) and knight (fairly hard grader and awkward as hell to talk to) and more competent than christiansen
