Moh was a good lecturer. He occasionally made a mistake or two on the board, but other than that his presentation and material flowed well. His tests were a little tricky but if you know the material then you shouldn't have any problem. His chalkboard writing was very clear and transcribed well to paper for notes. If someone did not understand the material presented, he would explain it until he was sure that everyone was able to follow along.

Moh is by far the best professor to ever teach 219. I took it once before from Chinichian and he is impossible to understand. The same with Yu. El-Soussi actually covered the stuff so I knew what I was doing when it came time for the final. He collects homework and gives random(sometimes) quizzes. It's some work, but there's no way to pass this class from any prof without doing a buttload. If you gotta choose between Yu, Chinichain, Sandige, and El-Soussi; El-Soussi is BY FAR the best choice.

Boring Lecturer, Slow teaching, Easy class, He didn't know his stuff very well and had a tough time answering student questions.

I loved this professor; he is the best engineering teacher I have had. His lectures were interesting and he used lots of real-world examples of networking to help us understand when we would use this stuff. He is a generous grader, dosn't assign much homework, and is flexible about turning in assignments late and rescheduling tests. Also, he is a really nice guy. I HIGHLY recommend this professor.

Quizes every week... minor drag. BUT, the tests are very straight-forward. Mo is a very nice guy. Definately try and get him if he's teaching... I would like to take a class from him again. He occasionally makes mistakes on the blackboard, but it was good to keep the class on its toes. I ended up not doing the homework, which was kinda bad since that lowered my grade 10%, but I did very well on the exams... I went and talked to him the next quarter about my grade and he decided to change it... :) So, take advantage of his office hours.

Definitely the best lab instructor I've ever had. If he's teaching a lab section for your class, you should really fight to get in. He explains the lab really well, helps you out, and simplifies things a lot. Pretty easy grader and he doesn't really care about everything being exact and perfect like some other lab instructors.

Professor El-Soussi was a great lab instructor. He is a very patient and understanding professor. He presents the material very well and he is very helpful during the labs. I don't know how many times I called him over for help--but it was quite a few--and he was always willing to help and explain my problems. His quizzes are fair and his final was a bit long, but manageable. The questions on the final came directly from the labs done during the quarter and we were able to use our lab manuals! That was a bonus!
