PHYS 132 Freshman Grade Earned: B General Ed 1:39 pm, Feb 7, 2011 |
Ok plan and simple the guy is an above average physics professor...but compared to the rest of the physics department here this guy is a bright star. His lectures are paced well and he is really good at explaining difficult material. I had him for lab as well and he was fine in lab. He likes to talk ALOT in the beginning of lab but you can basically ask him to do every question in the lab for you and he will walk you through it if you need it. Home work is collected every tuesday but its not that bad only like 10 probs a week or so. the part that I really liked about him was his grading policy and his office hours. Tests are curved enourmously and he is extremely helpful in office hours. its pretty much impossible to fail his class if you put any effort in and if you actually try to learn the material you will most likely walk away with a B at worst | |
