SPAN 122 Junior Grade Earned: A Required (Support) 4:42 pm, Jun 1, 2005		Castellano is an outstanding teacher. As for the person who said he is "not a teacher," perhaps they just weren't willing to learn and work. Cal Poly has been extremely fortunate to have a gentleman such as him teaching here. He is an accomplished poet, and is highly respected by scholars and poets alike. Castellano does speak quietly; I suggest you simply LISTEN to him and try to soak up some of his quiet brilliance. He is very understanding--especially to the students who offer him the respect and attentiveness that he deserves.
