Dr. Knecht is one moody individual -- he can change at a moment's notice. With that aside, this is an INCREDIBLY EASY class. Part of me feels guilty for taking it. Lab counts for NOTHING - but, material from lab may attack you during the lecture exams. Three exams in the course (2 "midterms" and the cumulative final). He only gives fill-in-the-blank and short answer questions. Also, he might get a bit "picky" with his questions, but he doesn't test from the book. He doesn't make an effort to get to know you, which may be a good thing. Overall, the class isn't bad I suppose -- I was expecting a lot more. | |

A very interesting teacher to have for a lecture. He always keeps it interesting and his analogies are very helpful. His tests are multiple choice, and are taken from the notes you take in class, so taking good notes will help you a lot. A very good teacher and always answers student questions. | |

Mr. Knecht is a very helpful teacher. He is more than willing to give you the help that you need. He explains the material in an understandable way. | |

He's a good lecturer, and even though BOT 121 is a scattered and somewhat pointless course, he made the best of it. | |

Dr. Knecht is a very good lecturer. He can present a 50 minutes materials in 35 minutes. You would not fall asleep in his lecture. However, his first lab exam is tough, so watch out! | |

Dr. Knecht is a very good teacher. He obviously spends time thinking of how he will teach each subject so that it will be less confusing and more understandable. He is very open to questions and is more than willing to help outside of class which is more than I can say for my other teachers. His tests are very fair. I definitly recommend his class. | |
