Veronika doesn't explain clearly what she wants to see on the labs to get full credit. Toward the end of the quarter I decided I would go to her office hours and try to find out why I was only getting 9 or 10 points out of 13 on labs. One day I remember she tells me I needed to write more in depth about a question b/c it was a 4 point question. No where on the lab does it tell you this. There was another lab we had to analyze our data so I did that by looking at the numbers we got. Apparently she wanted us to answer that question through a graph that we were asked to make on the next question. My point is I hadn't even made the graph yet b/c I had not even gotten to that question yet!! Also there are these 3 point quizzes that you have to take to make sure you read the material for the lab each day. These quizzes were pretty easy, at least that's what I thought until I found out half way through the quarter that I was only getting 1 or 2 points. Take Katherine Streder for lab or anyone else for that matter. | |
