4 evaluations Recognizes Student Difficulties: 2.75 Presents Material Clearly: 2.75
really knows what he\'s doing and tries to teach beyond the requirement of the class.
Diego is a cool guy but not what I would call a good AutoCAD teacher. I had taken AutoCAD for 2-3 years in high school and would consider myself more proficient; however, his assignments do not always stress on accuracy. He teaches students how to override dimensions or text rather than making sure they are exactly correct. AutoCAD is supposed to be precise and I felt that he used it more as a picture or representation. I ended up getting a B+ for bullshit points he would take off for the midterm and bullshit assignments.
DIEGO IS THE MAN!! I would highly recommend taking this professor if you want to have an enjoyable experience. He is in his mid 20's, very friendly and teaches the material so that it is easy to understand. If you ever have any questions on anything he will come up to you and personally walk you through something. Even with a class of around 25-30 or so students, he knows everyone's name. This was a 3-hour lab on Tuesday and Thursday nights, other than not being able to go to Farmers, I actually looked forward to going to class just because of how casual his teaching style was.
I learned that if I were to take up hunting, I should shoot deer, not bears, because a bear will hunt me back if I successfully wound it. Fascinating! I didnt know that the key to production and operations management was so brutally simple!
